Matthew Stanton has a strong management, financial and operational track record in the FMCG, retail and media sectors in Australia, Europe and Asia. (Most recently) Matthew was Chief Transformational Officer and member of the management board at Woolworths, prior to which he served as CEO of Bauer Media. He was COO and CFO at ACP Magazines in Sydney. Earlier in the UK Matthew worked for 10 years, including three years as Finance Director, at INBEV, then the second largest brewer in the UK. Matthew will be a great addition to our senior management team.

Keith comes to Accolade with over 25 years experience in the drinks business, working in whisky, white spirits, beer, malt and now wine. He has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has held multi-geography senior positions in engineering, technical and operations for Diageo, United Malt Holdings and Graincorp. Keith is an expert in operations, efficiency, asset optimization and business strategy.

Anj is a highly experienced people leader with more than 20 years as an executive human resources professional in the beverages, retail and manufacturing sectors in Australia, Asia, Africa, United Kingdom, United States and Europe.

Anj has deep expertise across all HR responsibilities however in most recent years has managed a number of successful business transformation projects both in Australia and internationally.  Anj holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws from the University of Tasmania.

Anj is passionate about making sure people are at the heart of everything we do. She leads the People & Communications function globally, driving a high-performance, inclusive culture with a strong focus on our people and communications enabling and supporting business growth.

Ade brings a wealth of drinks industry experience, holding various strategic marketing, sales and general management roles at such wine brands as Ernest & Julio Gallo, Canandaigua Wine Company, Southcorp and Constellation Wines.

Most recently, Ade had four years with ASDA in commercial and brand leadership roles, followed by two years as Trading Director before being appointed General Manager UKIR at Accolade Wines. Ade brings exceptional customer relationships and a deep commercial understanding of our industry.

Ted joined the business in February 2011 to head up the sales team across mainland Europe – arriving just after the world was introduced to Accolade Wines for the first time.

He joined following a decade working for Gallo, at first in Southern California, later opening up sales operations across Eastern Europe, eventually rising to the position of Regional Director for Sales, Eastern Europe and the Nordics.

Before entering the world of wine, Ted did a Master of International Management at the renowned Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. Previous to that he worked in a variety of roles, including as an Account Director for BBDO.

Based in Hong Kong, Grant oversees Accolade Wines’ sales performance across all channels of trade in what is an exciting region of growth for the business. Prior to his appointment, Grant was the National Sales Manager for Accolade Wines in Australia with responsibility for all State and National Independent Customers’performance across On-Premise and Independent Trade channels. Prior to this, Grant was Category Director and National Business Manager for Coles Liquor Group with Accolade.

Grant’s experience includes multi-category FMCG roles covering both Australia and New Zealand. He has also worked on sales and supply chain projects in Australia, Asia and Eastern Europe. Grant completed his MBA in 2004 at Deakin University, and holds a bachelors degree from Monash University.

Anthony joined Accolade Wines in April 2004 after 6 years with Deloitte in the tax team working with large mining, aerospace and wine industry clients.  Anthony is a qualified Chartered Accountant with global responsibility for the corporate finance functions.  Anthony’s combined technical and wine industry experience ensures the financial position of the business is recorded accurately and reported in the most effective manner to allow the business to make the best decisions.

Andy Joined the company in 2008 as Commercial Finance Manager for EMEA. He has gradually taken on more and more responsibility at Accolade and now looks after the entire back-office function of the world-wide commercial teams which includes Demand Planning, Customer Services, Demand Control, Commercial Finance, Credit Control and Commercial Operations. Before joining Accolade Andy worked in the Beverage Division of Nestle SA & the Culinary Brands Division of Premier Foods PLC – both world leading FMCG businesses.

Andy is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Science from Swansea University.

Wayne began his career with Accolade Wines in 2013 as the Berri Estates Site Manager and later took on the Riverland and Sunraysia winery operations before being appointed to General Manager Australian Operations. He was appointed to his current role in 2017.Prior to working at Accolade Wines, Wayne held positions at Zilzie Wines Mildura, Treasury Wines and in the electronics industry managing operations. Wayne’s extensive knowledge in operations allows him to successfully manage brands such as Bay of Fires which crushes 1000 tonnes of grapes a year and Berri Estates which crushes 220 thousand tonnes per year.

Richard has been with Accolade Wines for over 10 years where he has been the passionate, driving force behind the award winning Accolade Park site. He was originally responsible from its inception to now leading it being Europe’s largest packaging and distribution facility providing industry leading service to our diverse customer base. Previously Richard held a number of production management roles with Imperial Tobacco.

Richard has a Masters in Lean Operations Management and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Nottingham University.

Julie has over 13 years legal experience, from a mix of private practice at top tier Melbourne and Sydney firms (focusing on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial advisory) and other in-house legal roles.

After spending a year as the Australasian Legal Counsel for a global packaging company, she returned to Adelaide to commence with Accolade Wines as the legal counsel for Australia. In the 5 years at Accolade Wines before her appointment as General Counsel in 2016, she led or supported multiple local and international acquisitions for Accolade Wines, and has been responsible for the company’s global brand protection. Julie has a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice with honours from Flinders University, and a Bachelor of Commerce.
